Meet Our Pastor - Mark Miller

On August 31, 2026, Mark Miller became the third pastor in Bethlehem Baptist Church’s 40-year history.

Mark is a relational leader who believes ministry begins with knowing people, building relationships, and walking alongside them in their faith journey. He has a heart for people and a desire to see Bethlehem Baptist Church grow in its love for God, one another, and the community God has placed around us.

For nearly 28 years, Mark served as a State Missionary with the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board. Prior to joining the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board, he served as Minister of Education at three churches in Arkansas, Texas, and Tennessee. Throughout his ministry, Mark has had the opportunity to serve churches as a trainer, consultant, and coach. He brings that experience, along with a passion for helping churches fulfill their God-given mission, to his role as pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Mark and his wife, Pat, live in Spring Hill, Tennessee, where they raised their three daughters. Their family has continued to grow and now includes two sons-in-law and two grandchildren. Pat recently retired after 28 years of serving as a Special Education Assistant at Heritage Elementary School in Spring Hill.

Mark and Pat are grateful for the opportunity to serve the Bethlehem Baptist Church family. They look forward to getting to know the people of the church and community and to seeing what God will do as they seek Him together.
